DRIVING SUSTAINABILTY FORWARDS

Applied Sustainable Innovation

Many organisations have made sustainability commitments – but translating them into commercially viable products requires specialist expertise.  Drawing on 25 years of experience, we help product and packaging teams apply circular innovation and carbon modelling to generate value and drive decision making.

Level 1: Foundation

Workshop and Team Development

For teams at the earlier stages of their sustainability journey, targeted workshops can help build confidence and a shared foundation.

Sessions include:

  • Design for Sustainability in product development
  • Circular thinking applied to products and packaging
  • Understanding trade-offs in sustainability decisions
  • Carbon fundamentals for product teams

Workshops are tailored to your context and can act as a starting point for more applied work where needed.

Kickstart

For product teams that recognise the importance of sustainability but need help identifying WHAT to focuse on, or want to create more circularity in their business.

What’s included?

  • Initial consultation
  • A 2-hour online workshop to map the key sustainability challenges and opportunities for your selected product, considering a wide range of issues across the product life cycle.
  • A summary document, outlining tasks and activities to move your business forward, delivered after the session.

Cost: £1000 (no VAT added)

Level 2: Focused Decision Support

Product & Packaging Opportunity Scan

A short, focused engagement to identify the main sustainability ‘hotspots’ and opportunities for a selected product or pack.

What this includes:

  • Carbon-informed hotspot analysis
  • Identification of value-creating opportunities (risk, efficiency, differentiation)
  • Clear priority areas for action

Best suited to organisations that need:

  • A clear starting point
  • Data to underpin decision making
  • Confidence about where to direct effort

Carbon-informed Design review

A targeted review of a product or packaging concept to explore the implications of different materials, designs, or system choices.

What this includes:

  • Structured comparison of realistic options
  • Scenario testing using tailored carbon models
  • Exploration of key trade-offs

Best suited to teams with:

  • Design development in progress
  • Questions about the what leads to the best sustainability output

Circular Opportunity & Feasibility Scan

A focused piece of work to map circular opportunities and assess their technical and operational feasibility.

What this includes:

  • Lifecycle and supply chain mapping
  • Feasibility assessment within existing constraints
  • Clear identification of viable circular pathways

Best suited to organisations looking to:

  • Identify blockers and enablers in circularity
  • Explore technical and financial viability

Level 3: Integrated Programme

For organisations facing broader or more complex decisions, these packages can combine into a structured programme of work.

This provides deeper support across:

  • Opportunity identification
  • Option comparison
  • Scenario modelling
  • Circular development

The structure is flexible and shaped around your stage of development and decision needs.

How we work

Every engagement begins with a short discovery call to understand the challenges you’re facing.

From there, we provide a tailored proposal shaped around your stage of development and level of uncertainty.

Support can be delivered as:

  • A defined project

  • A short diagnostic

  • Ongoing advisory support
